Are there any upgrades available?

Yes. The following upgrades are available:

  • Upgrade from Advanced Web Stats Standard to Advanced Web Stats Professional
  • Upgrade from Advanced Web Stats Standard to Advanced Web Stats Enterprise
  • Upgrade from Advanced Web Stats Professional to Advanced Web Stats Enterprise

How much does it cost to upgrade my software license?

You will be charged with the difference between the two editions, plus a small fee that goes to our payment provider due to the extra transaction. Current upgrade pricing information is always available online.

What is the difference between an 'upgrade' and an 'update'?

The difference between an 'upgrade' and an 'update' is explained below:

  • Upgrade: one can upgrade from Advanced Web Stats Standard to Advanced Web Stats Professional. Upgrades are charged as per our current upgrade pricing.
  • Update: one can update the version of their software from Advanced Web Stats Professional 1.0 to Advanced Web Stats Professional 1.1. Licenses can update to any version of their licensed software released during their active maintenance period at no additional cost (see the next section on software maintenance).
