Instructions

Install

  • Double click on the downloaded package to install Advanced Web Stats

Run

  • Browse to Start->All Programs->Advanced Web Stats and click on the Advanced Web Stats icon to start the application.

  • 1 GB RAM
  • 1 GB hard drive space

Server Software

  • Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7
  • Java Development Kit 1.5 or later

Instructions

Install

  • Open the aws.dmg file that you downloaded by double clicking on it. This will open a new window that contains the actual installation package.
  • To install Advanced Web Stats on your computer, double click on the Advanced Web Stats icon to start the installation process.

Run

  • To access Advanced Web Stats, open your web browser and type the following address: http://server:8888 (where "server" is your web server name)

  • When the download completes, extract the contents of the awsu.tgz archive in your home directory either using your preferred file manager or using the following shell command: [tar zxf awsu.tgz]
  • To install Advanced Web Stats on your computer navigate to the Installation directory and run the script [install.sh]

Run

  • To access Advanced Web Stats, open your web browser and type the following address: http://server:8888 (where "server" is your web server name)
